Who we are

WebSpace AI Media runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described below. Our company details are listed in the footer of every page.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your language and cookie choice. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

If you choose "Accept all", we also load Calendly (to book calls; see calendly.com/privacy) and Google Analytics (anonymised visit statistics). If you choose "Essential only", neither is loaded.

The chat assistant

Messages you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI model that writes the replies. We don't use them for anything else. The conversation is kept only in your browser, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data.

Calls and the audit

When you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email and the details you enter. During the paid audit we record and transcribe the discovery session only with your consent, using AI tools for transcription and analysis. We keep the transcript only as long as needed for your report and our work together, never share it, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or move it elsewhere. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
